Residents of Brown County can watch a hometown musical act perform on Saturday, November 7. The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band will headline Amplify Nashville at the Brown County Music Center in Nashville, Indiana.

The Brown County Music Association presents the event. The concert aims to support local musicians and charitable causes. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Nashville-area food pantry Mother’s Cupboard, the Brown County Music Association, and other local charities.

The night’s lineup includes Sami Riggs, the winner of the 2025 Brown County Songwriter Showdown. Two additional bands selected through the Rumble on the Rocks competition will also perform. These groups will open for the headliner.

Reverend Peyton lives in Brown County and spoke with Life.Style.Live! about the upcoming show. He said he was excited to support an organization that creates opportunities for up-and-coming musicians. He noted that returning home is especially meaningful despite the band’s global tour schedule.

The trio consists of Peyton on guitar and vocals, his wife Breezy Peyton on washboard, and drummer Jacob “The Snakob” Powell. The group has toured 49 states and 38 countries. Peyton described their sound as handmade from the heart. He said the set will include songs from across the band’s records, new music, and local favorites. He also plans to bring out a few special instruments for this specific show.

Peyton said Brown County has a longstanding musical history. He expressed enthusiasm for being part of the area’s growing live music scene. The event continues a pattern of supporting rising talent in South Central Indiana.

Tickets are currently on sale. Fans can purchase them at www.browncountymusiccenter.com, www.ticketmaster.com, or at the venue box office. The concert is scheduled to begin at the Brown County Music Center on Saturday, November 7.
