Kristy Sarah Asks If Pravilo Session Is Enough Healing

Kristy Sarah posted a video on October 27 showing her undergoing a Pravilo session at a wellness spa. The caption asked, Is this enough healing for everybody?

The Pravilo is a Slavic and Russian full-body stretching and traction apparatus. It is designed to relieve body tension, improve posture alignment, and promote decompression. Sarah used the post to address comments about her taking time to heal after her divorce.

Sarah filed for divorce from Desmond Scott on December 30, 2025. The couple cited irreconcilable differences. Their divorce was officially finalized in July 2026. They were married for 11 years and share two children.

Dating rumors began circulating after Sarah was spotted with singer Bryson Tiller. The two were seen at an afterparty following Tiller's October 25 performance at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. Footage showed them hugging and sharing a kiss. This marked their first public display of affection.

Fans began searching for evidence that the two had been involved prior to the recent sightings.

Some observers initially thought the connection was coincidental because Sarah's ex-husband was known to play Tiller's music while cooking. A video of Sarah dancing to Drop The Lo in June gained renewed attention. Neither Sarah nor Tiller has publicly confirmed they are dating. Neither has provided a timeline for the alleged relationship.

The rumors have also drawn attention to Kendra Bailey. Bailey is the mother of Tiller's second-born daughter. In August 2026, Bailey posted a TikTok video of herself lip-syncing to MoKenStef's song He's Mine. The lyrics include the line You may have had him once, but I have him all the time.

A recent TikTok comment suggested the video was directed at Tiller amid the current speculation. Bailey responded to the comment on October 27. She wrote, I'm not, though. I do NOT want that man. She also liked comments that noted the video was posted in August and that the new context was adding unnecessary energy to the conversation.

Sarah's ex-husband Desmond Scott was recently spotted making out with a model at a bar. This occurred days after the divorce announcement. Earlier in the year, in April, rumors linked Sarah to trainer John Gaines. Gaines is an ex-partner of Victoria Monét. Gaines reportedly told a media outlet that his relationship with Sarah was strictly professional.
