Indianapolis Comedy 'Damn Damon' Launches on YouTube in January

Residents of Indianapolis can expect a new local comedy to hit their screens in January. The series, titled "Damn Damon," will premiere on YouTube next month. It is an original production created by two Indianapolis-based talent figures.

Rashad Ellis created the show and serves as the writer and director. Damon Shaw co-writes the script and stars in the lead role. The pair developed the concept based on their real-life friendship and ongoing creative collaboration.

The narrative focuses on the character of Damon and his daily interactions. Episodes address workplace challenges, family dynamics, and personal friendships. The storytelling style aims to provide a relatable look at everyday situations through a comedic lens.

The production team relies exclusively on Indianapolis-based talent and resources. This approach keeps the entire workflow within the local entertainment community. No outside crews or major studio infrastructure are involved in the creation of Season One.
