The Central Indiana Women’s Business Center (CIWBC) has named Evgenia Baikova as the first recipient of its Volunteer of the Year Award. The organization announced the honor on November 4, 2026, to recognize individual contributions that support its mission of empowering women entrepreneurs.
Baikova serves as a Leadership and Growth Coach at Fulfillment Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She currently sits on the CIWBC Program Committee, where she helps design programming and select speakers for various events. Her role includes assisting with the logistics of the annual Women in Business Retreat, a key event in the organization’s calendar.
Jennifer Knotts, a CIWBC Advisory Council member and Program Committee Chair, cited Baikova’s specific contributions to the committee’s work. “Evgenia brings thoughtfulness, creativity, and a genuine commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs to the CIWBC Program Committee,” Knotts said. She noted that these efforts help ensure programs deliver relevant insights and meaningful connections.
Stephanie James, Director of the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center, emphasized the value of volunteer support in expanding the organization’s reach. “Volunteers like Evgenia are an invaluable part of what makes CIWBC successful,” James said. She stated that the willingness of volunteers to share their time and expertise strengthens the programs available to the women entrepreneurs the center serves.
The award was created to highlight outstanding individuals whose time, talents, and commitment advance the CIWBC’s goals.
