Marcel Johnson, a popular TikTok creator, died on November 2, 2026, at 4:45 p.m., his wife Taylor Johnson announced in a social media post.

Johnson battled cancer for a long period before his death. During that time, he used his social media platform to document his medical journey and provide updates to his followers.

Taylor Johnson described the final days of her husband’s life in her public statement. She noted that he was tired, exhausted, and in significant pain. The only words he spoke on the day before he died were directed to Taylor and their child, Dedric. He told them, “I’m ready to go.”

Despite that morning statement, Johnson continued to fight to stay alive for the remainder of the day, allowing his family a brief extension of time together. Taylor Johnson said she felt the reality of his passing was difficult to accept, comparing the experience to waking up to find him still present.

In a previous video, Johnson explained to his four-year-old child that his chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments were not working. The family is now mourning the loss of the content creator, who used his digital presence to share his health struggles with the public.
