Justin and Rachel Patten launch Storm Striker, offering custom sports artwork and products made by local vendors.

Justin and Rachel Patten have started a new business in Zionsville that blends sports imagery with original art. The couple, who both taught elementary education in Indiana for 17 years, operate Storm Striker. Justin, a former art teacher, created the concept by merging his interest in athletics with his artistic skills.
The business produces high-quality items using local vendors. Their product line includes sports-themed designs for Indiana University and Purdue University. They also create animal art for zoos and aquariums. Customers can request custom pieces for personalized artwork.
The Pattens live in Zionsville with their two children, Lyle, 18, and Troy, 16. They manage the creative work and daily operations of the company as a team.
The company began with Justin’s original artwork. He transformed these pieces into physical products with the help of local partners. Rachel joined him in running the business, helping to balance the workload with their family life.
Storm Striker sells its collection through its website at www.stormstriker.com. The business also maintains social media accounts on Facebook under the name Storm Striker and on Instagram at @stormstrikerart. These platforms allow customers to view the current inventory and place orders for custom designs.
